Community Approach to Healing
To find healing in a group or community, one has to find a place to belong, a place of welcome. It is ideal if we can contribute to a greater goal using the talents we have to dovetail with the talents of others.
Some groups lean toward creating a welcoming supportive community. In team sports each person on the field is encouraged to put in 110% toward the team victory. Singing groups naturally lean on each member's voice for a balanced sound. Dance classes bring people together, each one needed to contribute to the couple, square or line.
Below are a few organizations who build community as they bring new members into their group.

Cursillo - a short course in Christianity. The initial retreat is followed up by small group sharing on a regular basis. Larger groups gathers periodically. You can find a place to contribute your talents in the Cursillo community.
