This approach encourages our listening to our internal feedback, something beyond the reasoning of our minds. Learning to listen inside of ourselves can be useful in making decisions, defusing doubts and the inner critic, and removing blocks to our emotional growth.

and invite feedback on a concern

or maybe a body reaction.
