Listening with Presence Approach to Healing

This approach encourages our listening to our internal feedback, something beyond the reasoning of our minds. Learning to listen inside of ourselves can be useful in making decisions, defusing doubts and the inner critic, and removing blocks to our emotional growth.

Each voice and body reaction has a story to tell us. We need to stay attentive to this input with Presence.
